Member of the Law Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence, handling development, implementation, support, process improvement, and training for the Sirion contract management system.
This position belongs to a job progression with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level. Final position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications
- Provide consulting support to business teams in contract management and process improvement.
- Support the development of policies, playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain best practices within MPC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in contract management and related processes.
- Support the development & implementation of improvement initiatives, tools, and training materials to enhance efficiency and compliance in contract management.
- Support and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the utilization and effectiveness of training programs and resources.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders regarding the Training & Knowledge Hub activities and provide insights to improve the contract management training and knowledge repository.
- Develop, implement, and maintain training resources, tools, and templates within the Training & Knowledge Hub.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their training and knowledge needs during the onboarding process onto the Sirion system.
- Provide support for contract management system development and testing, focusing on the deployment of the Sirion contract management system.
- Stay updated on MPC leading practices in contract management and ensure their integration within the Training & Knowledge Hub.
- Bachelor’s Degree; or Associates Degree with two (2) years of experience in lieu; or four (4) years of experience in lieu.
- Education & Training desired in law, compliance, supply chain, business management, or other relevant fields.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant or industry-related experience.
- Relevant certifications in contract management or related areas preferred.
