A JAB Recruitment client — a leader in the energy sector — is seeking a driven Associate Contract Administrator to join their Procurement Contracts team on a long-term assignment. About the Role:
As an Associate Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement strategies, executing contracts, and ensuring stakeholder success. You’ll work closely with Procurement, Legal, and key internal partners to manage the full contract lifecycle — from drafting and negotiation to vendor management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support contract creation, execution, and management in Oracle Procurement Module.
•Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to negotiate commercial and contract terms.
•Assist with RFP/RFQ processes, sourcing activities, and vendor communications.
•Manage and track contract documents and approvals through Smartsheet and Oracle.
•Draft, amend, and maintain service agreements and purchase orders.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, service-level agreements, and risk management standards.
•Develop strong relationships across teams, promoting Procurement’s services and impact.
•Participate in special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•1–4 years of procurement, contract administration, or relevant professional experience.
•Previous Buyer experience, and experience entering purchase orders preferred.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills — both written and verbal.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
•Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
•Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe/DocuSign, Smartsheet, and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
•Valid driver’s license required.
