The Continuous Improvement Technician will assist in providing improvements in all areas of the mine which include, but not limited to: improvement solutions, direct charge parts documentation and analyzation, presentation, appearances within shop areas, and assistance with special projects.

- Parts organization throughout mine
- Unloading/loading parts and materials
- Help manage Incoming overflow of direct charge parts
- Quarterly inventory of direct charge storage
- Collection of parts after jobs, inventory, and store
- Flexible in the constant changing of duties throughout the day
- Operate necessary equipment
- Area cleanup of new projects
- Help shovel snow and put down ice melt if needed
- Other tasks or projects as assigned.
- Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
