Magnolia Marine Transport is seeking a Full-Time Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager at our Vicksburg office to lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing cost-effective solutions, and enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability throughout our marine operations.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the CI Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years in process improvement, operational excellence, or similar roles; maritime, manufacturing, or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis.
- Experience in change management and implementation of operational improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license and TWIC (or ability to obtain).
- Physically able to walk, climb, and maneuver in shipyards, on barges, and aboard vessels as needed.
- Leading the planning, development, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across all operational departments.
- Analyzing processes and performance data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with leadership and frontline staff to implement, monitor, and sustain changes.
- Developing and tracking performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensuring all process changes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Providing coaching and support for problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Overseeing documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support process changes.
