Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Description Summary

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will provide tactical support within the Schenectady Manufacturing facility in the development and sustainment of a Lean/Inventory Strategy aligned with the business imperatives. You will partner with organizational leadership to drive product and process improvements that deliver lead time reductions and maximize free cash flow while working directly with the manufacturing cells.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - $120,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10 % variable incentive compensation.
