About the Role


The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies and possess strong leadership and analytical skills to drive quantifiable change.



What You’ll Do


Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects across departments to drive process optimization and cost reduction.
Analyze current processes, identify, and quantify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Develop a methodology to identify, prioritize, and recommend projects. Tracking the team’s performance on cost-avoidance and cost-out of the entire operation; to ensure value is being added by the CI team, present Monthly progress to the Plant Manager
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute solution strategies to achieve production targets.
Develop a framework to rank the site's performance to a “World Class” Operations Management standard and audit annually to this framework, identify, planning and closing gaps to such standard.
Track KPIs to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement principles to employees at all levels.
Develop a team of problem solvers that fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage and report on project timelines, resources, and expected outcomes to senior leadership.
Foster a positive and safe work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.



Additional Expectations


Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.



What You’ll Bring


Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Management; or equivalent related field.

5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence role.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives with measurable results.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
