POSITION SUMMARY:

The Continuous Improvement Specialist works across the Commercial systems to drive operational efficiency by leading cross-functional initiatives, analyzing processes, and implementing data-driven improvements. This role supports system enhancements, risk mitigation, and change management while ensuring alignment with business goals. Additionally, it facilitates communication, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the overall customer and user experience.
