How You’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategy deployment.
- Facilitate breakthrough objectives, action plans, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and maturity of the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
- Champion Lean tools and methods such as 5S, Daily Management, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Drive KPI optimization and process improvement across factories and functions.
- Lead cost-out and productivity projects to achieve business targets.
- Train and coach teams to build continuous improvement capability.
- Foster a coaching culture focused on engagement and accountability.
- Collaborate with digital, IT, and business process teams to maximize productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- 15+ years’ experience in Lean management, continuous improvement, or manufacturing.- Proven success implementing major Lean systems (e.g., Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell).
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Lean Master, Black Belt, etc.).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and business process flow.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver breakthrough results and lead change.
