Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Manager to join our team in Ft Lauderdale. A comprehensive understanding of restoration techniques used for cleaning contents and overseeing pack-outs. Must have keen skills in organization, documentation, and time management. You will be the point of contact to the Project Manager for overseeing the maintenance, inventory and organization of job contents, to facilitate efficient completion of a project.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager daily. You will use loss details, such as type of loss and occupancy type, to prepare the mobilization of resources for detailed cleaning and restoration. You will conduct a walk-through on the jobsite with the Project Manager, to focus on safety, customer concerns, business interruption needs, and stabilization. You will oversee the efficient productivity of the crew on the jobsite to list, photograph, clean, pack, store and deliver restorable and non-restorable contents using our inventory system.
