Position Overview: As we continue to grow in the greater Oklahoma City metro area, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the internal operations for 20+ concurrent remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence behind the scenes, delivering consistent on-time and on-budget results.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each project.

•

Utilize BuilderTrend to its full capacity for project scheduling, task management, internal communications, and financial tracking

•

Successfully manage the operational aspects of 20+ concurrent remodeling projects of varying complexity and scale

•

Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless project execution.

•

Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to prevent project delays

•

Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate initial project scoping and pricing

•

Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project timelines or client satisfaction

•

Manage the critical path of each project to prevent cascading delays across your project portfolio

•

Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

•

Maintain an exceptional on-time and on-budget delivery rate through meticulous planning, analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving

•

Facilitate internal team meetings to review project statuses, upcoming milestones, and resource allocation; Reporting of key accountabilities to management team

•

Conduct daily BuilderTrend updates to provide real-time project status to the internal team

•

Implement strict budget control measures to prevent cost overruns and maintain profit margins

•

Execute efficient project handoffs from sales and estimating through to completion and warranty

•

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our network of trade partners to ensure priority scheduling

•

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify process improvements and lessons learned

Qualifications:

•

3+ years in project management within the construction or remodeling industry.

•

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP preferred.

•

Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement industries

•

Proficiency in project management software, Buildertrend and advanced Excel skills.

•

Advanced BuilderTrend administrator skills including custom workflow creation and reporting

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives.

•

Strategic thinking with ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to critical details

•

Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions quickly while maintaining quality

•

Understanding of reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

•

Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple active projects

•

Proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple construction projects to successful completion
