This position is based out of our Houston, Texas office, and support projects in the Americas. This is a key leadership role responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects in the Americas. We're expanding rapidly in the USA - this is an exciting time to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage all aspects of the project execution including profit & Loss, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with contractual goals.
•Drive Construction, Manufacturing and Site Operations: Plan and oversee on-site activities to meet deadlines, adjust resources as needed, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
•Project Coordination: Clearly define and document the project scope and specifications as outlined in the contract(s), ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the project's goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget constraints.
•Control Risk and Costs: Mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure strong cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
•Vendor and Contractor Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to achieve project goals and resolve construction challenges.
•Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, budgets, schedules and Change Orders.
•Innovation: Contribute creative solutions to enhance the design and delivery of world-class aquariums.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years’ experience leading construction projects
•Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
•Proficiency in project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
•Strong working knowledge of site operations, procurement, logistics, and HSEQ standards.
•Confident communicator with excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
