A-Prime is seeking a qualified Project Manager to work in a fast-paced service industry environment that is extremely rewarding.
Job Responsibilities:
•Scheduling Planned Maintenance
•Managing Client Projects
•Responding to Service Requests via email, phone and industry based software
•Following up with Customers and Vendors
•Communicating and Updating Clients
•Creating and Sending Quotes
•Dispatching Service Requests
•Managing multiple Key Accounts
Qualifications:
•Great organizational skills
•Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Ability to maintain and create new relationships with customers and vendors
•Excellent Phone Etiquette
•Past Customer Service and account management experience is a must
•Experience using Work Oasis, Corrigo, Service Channel, FM Pilot or another CMMS system strongly preferred
