Requirements:
•Education & Experience: High school diploma plus at least two years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience.
•Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to be on the phone for extended periods. Able to remain calm under pressure, focusing on active listening and providing solutions. Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and standard business systems for communication, data entry, and task tracking.

A Day in the Life:
•Deliver Member Support: Respond to member inquiries via phone, in person, email, and written correspondence. Provide accurate account information, maintain detailed communication records, and ensure timely follow-up.
•Ensure Data Accuracy: Update and verify member account details, maintain accurate databases, and resolve billing inquiries by reviewing accounts for discrepancies.
•Process Payments: Accurately manage payments and balance the cash drawer daily, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
•Support Connectivity: Serve as the first point of contact for fiber internet issues, assisting members with connectivity, speed, and equipment concerns.
•Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with coworkers to support internal workflows, resolve service requests, and assist with power interruptions, ensuring a smooth and efficient member experience.
Additional Details:
•Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Braham, MN Headquarters building.
•Hybrid Option: This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement after a training period.
