The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing and a proven track record in constructional knowledge with a technical understanding of the structural and functionality requirements of systems management. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within.

- Develoor marketing strategies through online platforms
- Create online ads for Facebook marketplace
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- track and invoice your own sales calls while following up on leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in negotiation processes to close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
- Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management and business development.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits effectively.
- Experience in lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking is preferred.
