We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager
to lead the on-site execution of utility-scale solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of solar power plant construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
: Although this position is classified as "remote," the role requires significant travel - up to 100% as required - to Erthos construction sites.
Safety Management:
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards through regular safety meetings, audits, and on-site observations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable safety, environmental, and quality control regulations and procedures.
Construction Planning:
Develop, implement, and maintain detailed construction execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and timelines.
Schedule Management:
Monitor project schedules and key milestones, adjusting plans and timelines as needed to mitigate delays or unforeseen issues.
Quality Assurance:
Perform regular inspections to verify materials, workmanship, and installations meet all project specifications, engineering designs, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, project management, and field teams to ensure efficient, integrated project execution.
Subcontractor Oversight:
Manage and direct subcontractors and site personnel, monitoring performance, ensuring contract compliance, and addressing performance issues proactively.
Commissioning Oversight:
Supervise the commissioning process, including functional testing and system troubleshooting, to verify that the solar PV system performs as designed.
Site Documentation:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive site records, including daily reports, progress updates, incident logs, and inspection documentation.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary on-site liaison with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring clear communication.
Resource Management:
Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to meet project goals efficiently and cost-effectively while minimizing waste and downtime.
Problem Solving:
Quickly identify and resolve on-site issues such as design conflicts, equipment shortages, or schedule disruptions to maintain project momentum.
Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure all activities meet local permitting requirements and environmental regulations throughout the construction lifecycle.
Project Closeout:
Lead final walkthroughs, punch list completion, and documentation handover to support a smooth transition to the operations and maintenance phase.
Team Leadership:
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among all site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.in construction management, with at least 2 years in solar PV or renewable energy projects.

Competitive Compensation:
Our base salary range is flexible and highly competitive. Salary will be determined based on your experience and expertise, so we encourage all qualified construction management professionals to apply.
Travel Support:
Monthly travel stipend of up to $750 or reimbursement for up to two trips home per month, whichever is less.
