Construction Quality Assurance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties

- Conduct quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

- Perform detailed analysis of materials and workmanship, documenting findings and reporting discrepancies.

- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop quality control plans and procedures.

- Collect and analyze data related to quality assurance processes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

- Review contracts and specifications to understand quality requirements for each project.

- Assist in the development of training materials related to quality control practices for team members.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related documentation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction site environments, with a solid understanding of construction processes.

- Strong background in quality control and quality inspection methodologies.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

- Familiarity with construction management principles and contract requirements.

- Experience in conducting thorough inspections and assessments of construction work.
