We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex commercial construction projects—with a preference for experience in data centers, ground-up builds, and medical facilities. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, from budgeting and permitting to execution and closeout.
•Lead ground-up construction efforts, ensuring all phases align with client requirements and design specifications.
•Manage project scope, timelines, cost control, and quality assurance throughout the construction lifecycle.
•Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
•Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction specifications.
•Oversee procurement of materials and equipment while managing supplier and subcontractor performance.
•Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including regular progress updates and reports.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks or delays, ensuring proactive solutions are implemented.
•Maintain full documentation of project activities including schedules, contracts, change orders, and reports.Preferred Project Experience:
•Data Centers: Knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, HVAC, and electrical coordination.
•Ground-Up Construction: Proven experience managing new builds from sitework through final occupancy.
•Medical Facilities: Familiarity with healthcare construction standards, AHCA/OSHPD compliance, and infection control.Qualifications:
•Demonstrated experience managing data center, ground-up, and/or healthcare/medical center construction projects preferred.
•Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, safety regulations, and local building codes.
•Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•PMP, CCM, or similar certification is a plus.Benefits:
