Construction Project Manager/ Foreman

Must have experience building high-end custom homes from the ground up

1. Great customer service, communication and ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees and contractors.

2. Proven leadership skills and the ability to reliably delegate work and ensure its completion.

3. Exceptional time management skills.

4. Ability to estimate work and time required for various construction activities and fields.

5. Excellent technical skills and understanding of construction methods, contracts and the ability to read technical drawings and plans.

6. Compensation is based on experience. Health benefits 401k, paid vacation and holidays are provided.
