Overview

This large-scale program supports economic development and climate resilience, and we are looking for a highly organized Project Administrator to help ensure smooth execution of financial, contractual, and governance processes.
Responsibilities
•Prepare documentation for initiating new projects, including project plans, risk registers, and scopes of work.
•Draft administrative documents such as project justification memos, contractor award memos, purchase requisition worksheets, and change order memos.
•Attend project scheduling meetings and assist with updating cost forecasts and budget alignment based on schedule changes.
•Monitor monthly invoices, track expenditures, and prepare accruals for late invoices.
•Review consultant reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation to verify technical accuracy and completeness.
•Assist in preparing award and change order memos to authorize additional contract funding when necessary.
•Support project governance activities and maintain accurate project records.
Required Skills
•Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
•Knowledge of water resources, engineering, or construction industry preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical information clearly.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (including advanced functions such as SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, pivot tables, and chart creation).
•Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Primavera, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Education & Certifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
•Professional certifications such as CCM, PE, or PMP preferred.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
