We're on the hunt for a highly skilled, Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Fresno, CA. If you’re driven, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values your experience, this is your moment.
The pay range starts at $18/hr and goes up from there depending on experience and includes benefits.
Your Mission:
•Our teams travel around California, and often have to stay overnight but usually come home on the weekends. Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.
•Operate a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
•Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
•Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
•Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any unsafe practices or conditions to the site supervisor.
•Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
•Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
•Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
•Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You Bring to the Table:
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
•Electrical, Plumbing Knowledge
•Ability to operate construction tools and machinery.
•Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
•Knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices.
•Strong desire to learn quickly.
Before You Leap:
This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the following:
•Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana testing.
•Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years).
Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (travel expenses covered).
Important Note: Although marijuana use may be legal in some states, federal guidelines and company policy require testing for all safety-sensitive positions per DOT standards.
