Responsibilities include the quality clean up and restoration of post work sites to their nearest original form or an acceptable post standard of project completion.

· Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed for emergencies or while on call.
· Effectively and politely communicate with others orally and in writing.
· Follow a chain of command, appropriate work processes and functions in a safe and efficient manner.
· Reporting and accountability for incidents or issues as well as contributions to resolutions.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information to customers and the public.
· Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment.
· While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen in person and on the phone. The employee regularly is required to stand, walk, and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
· While performing the functions of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience and/or training, construction and landscaping experience is preferred.
Required: proficiency in reading and writing in English
Must have the ability to operate, or learn to operate, general construction tools, truck, dump truck, excavator and backhoe per licensure or certification applicable. Smart phone and I-Pad familiarity and functionality is a necessity for this position.
