Construction laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Duties

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.

- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.

- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing.

- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.

- Basic knowledge of safety practices on construction sites.

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

- Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
