Construction Foreman / Superintendent - Solar

Job Overview

In this role you will be overseeing Commercial Solar projects across the US. You will work closely with subcontractors, clients and project managers to directly supervise and lead the teams that are delivering projects while ensuring that deliverables are met and H&S policies are followed.

The ideal candidate will either have previous experience as a Superintendent or alternatively will be a Foreman that is looking for the next step up in their career. They will need to have experience working on Commercial Solar projects, and preferably will have H&S qualifications (e.g OSHA 30)

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction site operations to ensure project milestones are met. Crew sizes range from 10 -50 people

- Manage project schedules using tools such as ProCore to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

- Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage relationships to ensure quality workmanship.

- Lead team meetings (JHAs) to communicate project updates, expectations, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in construction management or as a Construction Foreman or Superintendent on similar projects, preferably solar.

- Must maintain an active drivers license

- Must have own reliable transportation (eligible for truck allowance/reimbursement at 90 days)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
