Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Construction Foreman / Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site layout, plan reading, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform layout and site prep for civil construction projects

- Interpret and work from detailed construction plans

- Coordinate and order necessary materials

- Operate heavy equipment as needed

- Supervise small crews on-site

- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld

- Travel throughout New England for project work

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of civil construction experience

- Proficiency in layout, grading, and reading construction drawings

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to obtain CDL Class A within 6–8 months (company-paid or reimbursed)

- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects

- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
