Construction and Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct maintenance and construction crews in the field.

- Coordinate with operations teams to schedule and prioritize tasks.

- Monitor job progress and ensure timely project completion.

- Identify and resolve issues in the field to avoid delays.

- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.

- Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for field work.

- Communicate daily with leadership and field teams to report progress and challenges.

Job Duties:

- 8–10 years of experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in production environments.

- Previous experience as a crew pusher or crew lead is a strong plus.

- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple crews across different locations.

- Strong understanding of safety and compliance in oil and gas operations.

- Effective communicator and problem-solver.

We are looking for an experienced Construction and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee field crews supporting production operations. This individual will lead and coordinate maintenance and construction activities across multiple job sites while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are upheld.
