About This Job

Service Painting Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Restoration Foreman/Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

•

Install polymer-modified mortar in both vertical and overhead applications.

•

Perform demolition of spalled concrete and substrate preparation in accordance with ICRI standards.

•

Operate suspension scaffolds and aerial lifts to safely perform tasks at elevated heights.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in concrete restoration or a similar trade.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.

•

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

•

In-depth knowledge of safety standards and best practices.

•

Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

•

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

•

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

•

Must pass a background check and drug test.

•

OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

•
