We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Concrete Foreman to lead and manage concrete construction projects from start to finish. The Concrete Foreman will supervise crew members, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain high-quality workmanship on all job sites. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of concrete work including forming, placing, and finishing.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew members on site.
· Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
· Plan and schedule concrete pours and finishing work in coordination with project management.
· Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, curing, and stripping of concrete structures (slabs, foundations, walls, sidewalks, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
· Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
· Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Inspectors.
· Manage material orders and inventory on-site.
· Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and performance.
· Troubleshoot on-site problems and recommend practical solutions.
· Keep detailed records of labor, materials, and equipment used
· Other duties and tasks, as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
•High School or GED equivalent preferred, but not required. Experience within the Construction field may substitute educational requirements.
•Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials related to concrete work.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
•Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, concrete equipment, and machinery.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of platforms (Phone call, text, email, etc.)
•Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and tools, weighing 75 pounds or more.
•Ability to occasionally work varying offers (Ex. Night Shift).
•Capacity to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods, throughout a full workday.
•Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach various positions to access work areas, install fixtures, and perform tasks.
•Ability to safely work on ladders, scaffolding, or uneven surfaces.
•Proficiency in climbing ladders and scaffolding safely to access elevated work areas.
•Ability to work in a variety of outdoor elements with exposure to varying weather conditions.
•Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
•OSHA 10 Certification is required.
•Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Job site locations will vary- must be able to travel within state of CT/MA.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
•Experience working on commercial or residential projects.
•Ability to use construction management software or mobile apps for reporting.
