CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (Concrete Cutting Equipment Operator) (Income range $50K - $80K)

RW Concrete Sawing is seeking a reliable, honest, dedicated individual to become the newest member of our team.

Responsibilities:

Start work day at the shop in Dorr MI

Daily driving of company truck

Operating concrete cutting equipment

Following safety rules and regulations

Communicating with customers on job specifics

Communicating with dispatcher daily

Filling out work orders, time cards and paperwork daily

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older

Valid driver’s license and fairly clean driving record

Able to pass pre-employment drug test and physical

Basic mechanical skills

Basic math skills

Able to work well with your hands

Flexible and eager to learn

Good at following directions/paying attention to detail

Able to lift equipment 50lbs and more

Punctual and self- motivated

Pay/Income:

Training Period Apprentice, $21hr first 30-60 days. If you already have experience, $25-30hr starting wage, depending on experience and work history.

When apprentice shows they can go out on their own and perform all job tasks properly, individual can jump in pay depending on their work results. Various bonuses for work well done. Health Insurance. Paid vacation.
