Rogers Group is seeking candidates for an EQUIPMENT OPERATOR position for our Pulaski Quarry located in Pulaski, TN. The successful candidate for this role will have experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment – dozer, track hoe, loader, haul truck, and skid steer, and others. This individual will also be required to work on the ground and in the plant. They must have a strong commitment to safety excellence.

•Wages – Starting at $21.00/hr
JOB DETAILS
•Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment – dozer, track hoe, loader, haul truck, skid steer, and others.
•Able to operate heavy equipment with precision and excellence in a variety of terrains and conditions.
•Willing and able to work on the ground and in the plant as needed.
•Able and willing to assist with fixed plant maintenance.
•Performing various production duties.
•Complete required daily inspections, light maintenance, greasing, and fueling of heavy equipment.
•May be called upon at the discretion of management to perform any other duties assigned and/or assist other areas as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Must have a dedication to safe work practices.
•At least two years of proficient experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
•Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as may be needed.
•Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
•Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
•Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties without constant supervision.
•Ability to learn quickly.
•Ability to understand basic safety and work instructions.
•Experience with aggregate operations is a plus.
