Job Title: Concierge

Location: Samford University Campus Reports To: Team Lead / Facilities Supervisor Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Occasional weekends as needed)

Position Summary:

The Concierge is a customer-service-focused cleaning professional responsible for maintaining a strong, visible presence throughout the day at Samford University. As part of the daytime support team, concierges play a vital role in upholding campus cleanliness, quickly responding to immediate needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role bridges the gap between the overnight cleaning crew and daytime campus activity, delivering excellence in both appearance and service.
