Creates annual Information Management global course in conjunction with content owners and stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate content meetings for developing storyboard, receiving approvals, and driving to completion. Adheres to roadmap and delivers final training materials on time.

Partners to implement and track completions for corporate compliance trainings, including escalation management. Collaborate with business partners to resolve content and enrollment discrepancies, as necessary.

Develops year over year analysis and trends of completion rates progress to highlight areas of significant progress and areas of opportunity through qualitative and quantitative analysis
•
Facilitates Third Party Screening process – Monthly analysis and adjudication process. Requires keen attention to detail and communication for Legal team escalation.
•
Regularly communicates and collaborates with Leaders of various departments in furtherance of program goals. Partners with business owners to support ongoing strategies to reduce risk throughout the corporation.
Who we are looking for: You
•
1-2 years compliance, analytics, risk, or similar experience
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•
Course design and Articulate Program experience strongly preferred
•
Outstanding critical thinking skills
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Presentation skills preferred
•
Experience with Excel, Power BI and database management preferred
