Compliance and Contract Management
We are looking for a Compliance and Contract Management professional. This is a 1 year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinating execution and collection of all primary contracts; maintaining and organizing contract filing system
•Maintaining contract tacking systems; gathering, interpreting, and reporting on contract statistics; providing contract status updates to the BD/Legal team as request
•Preparing and updating company's projects track log including bidding, on-ongoing, completed and planning projects, weekly/ monthly/annually as request
•Performing complex comparing and formatting for contracts, amendments and other documents
•Working closely with the BD/Legal Specialist/ Administrator, to review clients' RFP and prepare bidding proposal package, including WORD documents drafting/formatting, flowchart drawing via VISIO, EXCEL documents creating and PDF documents editing
•Providing administrative support to the BD/Legal team in general, General Manager or other departments or project teams as request; administrative support includes but not limited to: PPT preparing, marketing information collecting, visitor records filing, clients' satisfactory investigation, projects statistics summarizing, etc.
•Assisting BD/Legal Specialist/ Administrator to prepare all company's internal application forms or approval forms
•Aiding legal team for Minute Book documents preparing and management
•Assisting legal team to prepare and format all work permit and work visa application documents
•Coordinating legal team to clarify with retained law firms for any disputed invoices and request the payment proof
Requirements:
•1+ year EPC experience and have handled commercial contracts
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and compliance tasks
•Proficiency in contract review, document formatting, and data management
•Experience working with compliance tracking systems and legal documentation
•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PDF editing tools)
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $25.00-$70.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
•Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
