Responsibilities

•Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to assess client needs and encourage positive behavior changes.
•Educate clients about the service we offer.
•Collect and analyze data to evaluate outreach effectiveness and recommend improvements.
•Collaborate with community organizations to enhance service experiences.
•Deliver public speaking presentations to raise awareness our programs.
•Provide support and guidance to clients navigating the systems and accessing services.
