Job Title: Residential and Commercial Home Specialist (Sales Representative)
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: 100% Commission — 50–51% of Net Profit per Sale
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Residential and Commercial Home Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is commission-only, offering up to 51% of the net profits per sale. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule, work remotely, and build your own pipeline of buyers and sellers in the residential and commercial real estate market.
We provide a steady stream of company leads to help you get started — however, you may also need to generate your own leads.
When you close a self-generated lead, you earn 53% of the net profit (versus 50% on company leads).

You will represent a wide variety of properties — from residential homes to commercial spaces — and be responsible for guiding clients through every step of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
•Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with residential and commercial property buyers and sellers
•Conduct property showings, presentations, and tours
•Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently
•Follow up promptly with leads provided by the company
•Generate your own leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts
•Collaborate with internal teams to assess property values, renovation needs, and client requirements
•Prepare contracts and necessary documents for sales transactions
•Maintain strong product knowledge across multiple markets
•Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and referrals
•Track and report leads, sales activities, and revenue performance
•Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
Qualifications:
•Proven sales experience (real estate sales experience preferred, but not required)
•Strong closing skills with a hunter’s mentality
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•Familiarity with CRM systems and basic tech tools
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if field visits are required)
•Active real estate license preferred, but not mandatory (depending on state laws and services provided)
Compensation:
•100% commission-based structure
•Paid 50% of net profit on company-provided leads
•Paid 51% of net profit on self-generated leads
