Sales Agent – Direct Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time Location: In-person, Wilmington, DE Expected Hours: 40–50 per week Compensation: $65,000 – $172,000 per year (performance-based) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Typically 9AM – 7PM)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and professional Sales Agents to join our Direct Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with residential customers in person, providing information about the products and services we represent, and setting qualified appointments.

This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and enjoy face-to-face customer interaction.
