- Manage Sales Pipeline: Generate leads, follow up on warm leads, generate referrals, and build long-term client relationships
- Conduct Strategic Sales: Lead in-person and virtual presentations, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Leverage CRM Tools: Track and manage client interactions and sales progress using advanced CRM platforms
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Drive Revenue Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets- Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in energy, technology, or related industries
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex solutions and build trust with C-level executives
- Valid Driver’s License: Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and office days
- Willingness to Travel: Comfort with regional travel for in-person client meetings
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation tools
