Self-motivated outside sales professional to open accounts and generate revenue in the northwest South Carolina market. The candidate should be excellent at prospecting and working on the sales cycle through closing. Must be able to keep track of their pipeline and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
- Daily prospecting and pipeline progression of commercial accounts in SC
- Manage and be able to report on pipeline via CRM
- Oversee onboarding process and management of customers including but not limited to:
- Installation of tank and necessary fuel equipment
- Communicating with inside mechanics to maintain and repair tanks and necessary equipment
- Ability to present different fueling options to customer based on specific need
- Full engagement in the competitive edge of the sales staff
- Visit customer sites and meet with customers to address issues and form positive relationships
- Work alongside the dispatch team to ensure communication on deliveries with customers
- Monthly 1:1 accountability meeting with Sales Manager reviewing numbers and pipeline
- Participate in and, at times, lead the weekly virtual sales meeting
- Meet quarterly with sales staff for development and team building
- Evaluate market trends to develop an annual business plan to present to the sales team
- Discretion in the ROI of tank installation for prospective customers
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales Administrative Assistant and customer service team to ensure satisfactory deliveries, billing, etc.
- Communicates with sales and marketing management to collaboratively address any client issues or opportunity areas- 4+ years of outside sales experience

Physical Requirements:
The ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk frequently, reach and manipulate objects, lift moderate weights (depending on the industry), good vision and hearing, and the capacity to travel which may involve extended periods of driving or standing at events.
