Commercial Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Lead day-to-day commercial and operational execution across multiple product lines, including lubricants, energy solutions, industrial components, and support services.
•Develop and maintain strong, performance-oriented relationships with key commercial partners and distribution channels across Guyana’s industrial and energy markets
•Drive sales strategies and execution plans aligned with organizational growth targets.
•Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, and forecasting processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
•Report directly to executive management with full accountability for the business unit's performance
Requirements:
•Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or business development within industrial or distribution sectors.
•Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is considered an asset
•A commercially driven leader with strong execution capabilities and strategic thinking.
•Proven knowledge of Guyana’s industrial and commercial landscape, including key players, regions, and economic drivers.
•Background in distribution or sales of industrial operating supplies such as oils, chemicals, filtration, industrial or related systems.
•Experience managing teams and operations with full profit & loss responsibility is a plus.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility in front of both clients and internal stakeholders.
