Position Summary: Administer operational directives for the District. Plan, direct, or coordinate operational strategies and objectives at the highest level of management with the help of employees and staff managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Primary duties include supervision of assigned employees.
•Directs initiatives of district departments regarding the operations of services.
•Establishes and oversees the implementation departmental operational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with senior management and staff members as necessary.
•Performs a full range of supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling of work, grievances, performance counseling, and recommendations for promotions, demotions and termination of employment. Ensures that all relevant Human Resources and HSE policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
•Communicates all day-to-day activities including staff demands to District Manager.
•Analyzes day to day operations to ensure efficient and effective services.
•Negotiates operational transactions for the district as representative of company.
•Performs other related duties as required.
Educational and Other Requirements:
•High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum two to four years work related skill, knowledge or experience.
•Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures and regulations that governs employee and employer confidentiality.
•Knowledge of general business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, technical skill, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
•Knowledge of general principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
•Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
•Daily planning and coordination with sand yard of proppant to each location for the following days jobs.
•Daily planning and coordination with the Facility Manager of chemical load sheets for chemical floats and acid transports.
•Obtaining PO’s from Facility Manager and assignment to Fuel Service/Acid vendors for the following days jobs.
•Sensitive to confidential information

Mental and Physical Requirements:
•Able to read, speak and write English.
•Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions.
•Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload.

•Seeing - able to see the computer screen.
•Climbing – able to go up, down and over equipment in a safe manner using good judgment and proper safety equipment as is required.
•Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week with frequent extended hours required based on workload requirements.
•Position will require (24) twenty-four hours availability, with (7) seven day weeks when workload requires, with time off scheduled per current workload.
