Job Description:

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure that systems are operating efficiently and effectively in a commercial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units in various commercial buildings.

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and effectively.

•

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and extend system longevity.

•

Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with industry codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

•

Provide expert recommendations for HVAC system upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and preventative measures.

•

Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner.

•

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.

•

Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that installations and repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards.

•

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new HVAC technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair in commercial environments.

•

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration.

•

Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in a commercial setting.

•

Familiarity with industry codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems.

•

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

•

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•

HVAC trade school certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
