Service Technician Job Description

DMS started in 2012 with the sole purpose to provide a higher standard of service in our industry. DMS offers maintenance service and retrofit solutions to the industrial and commercial clients in the DFW area.

Job Description Duties:

•

Performs disassembly and reassembly to large or small commercial HVAC equipment

•

Perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement

•

Completes service contracts, quoted projects and service calls while maintaining profitability

•

Builds long term relationships with customers and works to the customer’s satisfaction

•

On call / stand by rotation as directed by business

•

Safely drives company vehicles insured by past driving performance records. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy.

•

Purchase materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers

•

Maintains equipment, tools and inventory stock on service vehicle

Qualifications:

•

At least 1 years’ experience of commercial HVAC service and maintenance

•

(Required) EPA Certified

•

(Preferred) OSHA 10-hour course, trade school, college, or apprenticeship program graduate

•

Ability to work in various climates

•

Physically be able to perform job duties

•

Must have building engineering experience or facility management experience
