Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role is essential in upholding the standards of hygiene and cleanliness, particularly in commercial settings.
Responsibilities
•
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
•
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
•
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or deep cleaning.
•
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
•
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
•
Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
•
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
•
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
•
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
•
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
