Part time evenings M-F 8pm-11pm

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

•

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

•

Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors.

•

Assist with residential painting as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.

•

Carry out commercial and industrial cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols.

•

Maintain cleanliness in facilities by performing custodial tasks efficiently and effectively.

•

Serve as a porter by managing waste disposal and ensuring common areas are tidy.

•

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

•

Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

•

Proven experience in cleaning roles, with a strong understanding of custodial practices.

•

Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.

•

Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.

•

Ability to perform commercial and industrial cleaning tasks effectively.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

•

Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights as required for cleaning tasks.

•

Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties.

•

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.

Pay: $225.00 - $250.00 per week
