Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hotel settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

•

Perform residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

•

Execute carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure thorough cleanliness.

•

Manage housekeeping duties efficiently, ensuring all areas are well-organized and presentable.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.

•

Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use.

•

Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.

•

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred.

•

Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.

•

Strong housekeeping management skills to oversee cleaning operations effectively.

•

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

•

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary.
