- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to drive own vehicle
- Own reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with ladders
- Create site sketches with accurate data
- Measure and record data
- Able to interact effectively with customers
- Detail oriented
- Valid California's drivers license
- Proficiency with computers and apple tablets
- Take clean photos of jobsite
- Conduct a physical site survey using a variety of company provided tools and equipment
- Fill out site surveying sheets, upload data to the project management system
- Effectively manage your scheduler to complete time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis
- Accessing, assessing, photographing and measuring
- Upload data to site capture
- Perform other tasks and duties as required
- Proficiency in locating, evaluating, and reporting on the current conditions of major building systems and their individual components
- May provide professional recommendation for remaining service life and recommended repair or replacement
- Assessor will advise corrective action for associate deficient action for associated deficient conditions in sufficient detail to support cost estimates
- Communicated with the management team on schedule and project status, assists with development of the assessment findings report
- Installing energy saving measures such as lighting and thermostats
