We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative who will act as a liaison, provide service information, manage collections, daily billing and invoicing, assist with manage daily incoming and outgoing calls, managing payment portals, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

As a Pest Control Customer Service Team Member, here’s what you can expect

What your days will look like
•Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn how we take care of customers. You’ll become an expert in finding ways to be effective in communication.
•Are you a good communicator? As a Collections and Billing Manager, your office is to be kept clean and organized. Same goes for your Mack Pest work equipment and computer.
•You’ll be responsible for building relationships with customers, helping with sales to current customers, and expanding our product to new customers.
•Does technology scare you? That’s okay. We provide training and support to ensure you’re comfortable using state-of-the-art tools. You’ll also need to have strong communication skills so that you can email, text, call, talk, and write effectively. Oh, and sometimes there’s paperwork.

•Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.

Some non-negotiables
There are some things you’ll just need to have or know to join Mack Pest Solutions as a Mack Pest Collections and Billing Manager.
•High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
•Some basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.

· You will be responsible for upholding the duties that come with managing your desk and daily operating duties.
· You will be required to answer phone calls all throughout the work day.
· You will need to work with upset or displeased customers. Keep in mind that they are dealing with a pest issue that they deem unacceptable.
