CNC Turret Operator

H3 Manufacturing Group – Oxford, NC Full-Time | 2nd Shift

H3 Manufacturing Group in Oxford, NC is actively seeking experienced CNC Turret Operators to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level machine operator role—we’re looking for individuals with solid CNC turret punch experience who can bring precision and skill to every job.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC turret punch press machines

- Load and unload sheet metal material into turret press

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers

- Select appropriate tooling and punch programs

- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers and measuring tools

- Monitor production quality and adjust settings to ensure accuracy

- Maintain equipment and report issues to maintenance or supervision

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of CNC turret punch experience

- Familiarity with sheet metal operations and fabrication processes

- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

- Strong knowledge of tooling setup and punch press operation

- Comfortable using precision measuring instruments

- Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
