We looking to hire someone with some experience or similar job experience to train to manufacture our parts as a full-time Machine Operator. We start out at a set pay, then train and evaluate every new employee. Pay is based on the amount of quality work that gets done.
Our position of machine operator has many responsibilities. Most of which are small common-sense issues throughout the day. We want individuals who will ask how to do a job if needed, then get it done. We plan out all work as best as possible, then rely on everyone to do their part to get the work done. Portions of this job are physically easy, and portions are physically demanding. Our shop is run in a production environment, we will set up a machine and run the same job for a day, to a week. Current hours are : 6am start, 8am 10 min break, 10am 10 min break, 12 clock out for lunch or skip and work to 2pm to finish the day. M-F. < if you take lunch work to 3pm to get 8 hours. >
You will have to be capable of the following.
- Good close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
- Stand or walk in the work area for the entire work shift.
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the process, Including lifting.
- The Ability to lift to 30 pounds easily.
- Learn quick and follow instructions well, everyone is their own supervisor
- Beneficial to understand concepts.
- Our methods are unique to our work.
- Flexibility in new ways is a must.
- Having a formal degree is great, It will have a small role in this position.
