Job Description: CNC Swiss Lathe Machine Set-up Machinist

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated CNC Swiss Machine set-up machinist (Marubeni Citizen models) as profiled below. Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss Machines. (Marubeni Citizen is preference.)

· Experienced in editing CNC Swiss machines.

· Knowledgeable in sourcing new tools for increased efficiency.

· Capable of creating simple programs for fixturing/jaws, as required.

· Ability to update process documentation for engineering approval when necessary (i.e. tool-lists, operation sheets, etc.)

· Capable of creating in-process sketches to help with set-up and successful start-up of production.

· Support programming with existing programs to ensure their continued success.

· PartMaker experience a plus.

First Shift Only: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; M-Th, Fridays 6am-12pm or 6am-4:30pm as needed (OT)
