CNC Machinist – M-F, 7am-330pm

Job duties:

- Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.

- Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.

- Create programs using Mastercam software for both Vertical and Horizontal mills and lathes.

- Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.

- Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.

- Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.

- Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements:

- 2 years of related experience

- Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F

- The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions

- Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance

- Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

VERTICAL MILL

· HAAS VF-10 Vertical Machining Center

· DOOSAN DNM 500 Vertical Machining Centers

LATHE

· Doosan Lynx 220L with automatic bar feed

· HAAS TL3

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
